As the manufacturer, we take quality control seriously, each Tennis Ball Machine is tested and modified based on the real experiences of tennis lovers. We are committed to delivering the highest quality, and stand behind all Veva products with confidence!
Warranty Coverage
Under this Limited Warranty, (“Veva”) warrants that each of your purchased Veva products will be free from material and workmanship defects under normal use in accordance with Veve's original components and materials during the warranty period. Veve's original components and materials include, but not limited to, built-in compenents of Tennis Ball Machine,Veva Tennis Ball, Ball Hopper Strap, Power Cord, Lithium Battery, user manuals, specifications, in-app notifications.
The warranty period for different products and parts vary, please check the following warranty terms for the specific warrant period. The warranty period starts on the day following the delivery date, please share the purchase invoice of our otiginal orders(Veva Direct Sales or any other Veva authorized platforms) to claim Veva warranty. If you cannot provide direct pruchase invoice or other valid proof of purchase, the product will be considerd as non-warranty product, unless otherwise agreed upon between you and Veva Sports.
By purchasing or using Veva products, you agree to be bound by these Policies.
Veva Tennis Ball Machine- 18 months Limited Warranty
All Veva Tennis Ball Machines purchased from Veva official website or any other Veva authorized platforms are covered under our 18-months Limited Warranty from the original date of the end-user purchase.
In order to save your trouble registering the Veva warranty, the Veva warranty is automatically registered for new Veva Pals when the initial purchase is made. The warranty period starts from the date of original delivery.
Please note that the Lithium Ion Battery purchased directly from Veva have a 3-month warranty from the original date of end-user purchase.
Repair and Replacement
For any quality-related warranty claims, we will use brand new or any functional parts to repair the warranty items or offer you a brand new/functional refurbished machine which is subject to Veva quality.
The warranty of the repaired or replaced items continues from the rest warranty period of your original purchase or 3 months, whichever is longer.
Warranty Claim
Before you claim Veva warranty, please contact us at vevacs@vevasports.com first to verify the defectiveness. Based on our thoughout research, most problems can be easily solved with a simple guidance or fixes or software updates.
If your Veva Tennis Ball Machine does not function as warranted during the warranty period, Veva Pals may obtain Veva warranty by contacting Veva VIP Service Team(vevacs@vevasports.com). The Veva warranty claim must be made within 12 months of the date of end-user purchase.
Exclusions and Limitations:
Items purchased from unauthorized sellers/official channels.
Unauthorized repair or disassembling.
Products with expired warranty.
Non-Veva Product.
Products without valid and sufficient proof of purchase.
Product damage caused by an unauthorized modification of circuits, mismatch, or misuse of battery and charger.
Product damage caused by improper installation, incorrect use, or operation not in accordance with Veva’s official instructions or manuals.
Product damage caused by misuse, including but not limited to: Abuse, negligence, accidents, liquid or food spills, falls, using/storing product in extreme temperatures, burning of the printed circuit board, or other product defects caused by human actions.
Damage caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts.
Product failures caused by any software programs, whether provided with the product or installed subsequently.
Products or parts with an altered identification label or from which the identification label has been removed.
Product damage due to fire, floods, lightning, or other forms of Force Majeure.
Lost or stolen products.
