Cancellation

We’re bummed that you want to cancel! But no worries, here's the scoop:
Order Processing: All orders are processed at the earliest. If you want to cancel the order, just reach out to us before the shipment!

Before the shipment: no cancellation fee will applied! If your cancellation request is approved, you’ll get an email confirmation, and refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

After the shipment: If the order has already been shipped, we can’t accept cancellations.

Double-check your item selection and shipping address to avoid unnecessary hassle. Email us at vevacs@vevasports.com if you want to make any changes before the shipment, we’d love to help modifying your order.

Return (if applicable)

We hope that you'll like Veva products, but if you’re not 100% happy, we’ve got you covered!

30-day MONEY BACK Guarantee

Check the below requirements to be eligible for return:
- Within 30 days of delivery date
- Return items must be in the same condition that you received it
- Return items must include original packaging
- Return items must include all packing list
- Returns must include all accessories

Returns for replacement or repair under Veva Warranty Policy

Please pack the Veva machine and the relevant accessories in the original box and ship it to the given address.
If you don't have the original box, please pack it well to avoid any possible damage during the transportation.

After verification, email at vevacs@vevasports.com with the following for an authorized RMA number:
- Your order number (find it in your Veva account)
- Invoice/receipt, including purchase platform and date
- A description of the issue (if defective)
- Optional: Reason for return (we love feedback!)

We recommend using a trackable shipping carrier for your return. Unfortunately, Veva cannot be held responsible for unforeseen loss during the transit from your shipping couriers.

Notes:
- Veva direct "return and refund" is valid for the purchases placed directly from Veva official website, for purchases made directly from other platforms, please contact the original purchase platforms for a refund. Veva will still provide the replacement/repair service for the orders purchased from the authorized platforms based on the Veva Warranty Policy.
- Return items must be shipped to the designated Veva shipping address.
- Veva has the right to reject the return if the product/shipment does not meet the above requirements.
- If the product is not returned within 3 business days after the application, the application for return and replacement will be invalid.
- For the replacement requests, please note that the product will be returned back to you without exchange if it's tested as a functional device.

Return Charges

Returns within 30 days:
- if a return or exchange is caused by Quality Issues/ Shipping Damage/Defect on Arrival ("DOA"), we’ve got you covered for all potential costs.
- If a return is for reasons other than quality issues, sorry that Veva pas will cover the return shipping fee and potential Customs & VAT Charges from customers' side. A maximum of 10% restocking fee will be applied based on the conditions of returned goods.

Replacement or repair under Veva Warranty Policy

For the warranty claim in Veva sales areas, Veva will cover one-way shipping fee when returning the tennis ball machine to you after the repair and the replacement, which means customers will be responsible for the shipping fee of returning goods back to Veva warehouse.

Please note that warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase may result in customs & VAT charges. Veva team can't be held responsible for the charges outside of the original country of purchase.

Refund

For the unpaid orders: there's no need for a refund, sorry to hear about your cancellation, Veva team will always be here at your service at any time, and we hope to meet you as a Veva Pal in the future.

For the paid orders before the shipment: the refund will be proceed within 3 business days after confirming your cancellation requests.

For the paid orders after the shipment: Veva team will confirm the receipt and start the full checking process, the refund will be proceed no more than 10 business days after the condition verification of returned items.

The shipping fee can't be refunded.

Non-returnable/ Non-Refundable Items

All open-boxed or used Veva Expendables(Non-Factory-Defectiveness) are excluded from the Return and Refund Policy, Veva Expendables include, but not limited to the below items:
Veva Racket Overgrip Tape
Veva Tennis Training Balls
Veva Rechargeable Lithium Battery

Late & Missing Refunds


If you have not received a refund within the given period, you can follow the below instructions:
*Check your bank or PayPal account (sometimes it takes a bit longer).
*Contact your bank or credit card company (refunds take time to process).
